'Designing Type in a Multi-script Country'
A workshop by Mr. Sarang Kulkarni (Principle designer, WhiteCrow Designs/Ek Type) , Ms. Noopur Datye (Type designer, WhiteCrow Designs/Ek Type) and Prof. Grish Dalvi, IDC IIT Bombay
Workshop Theme : Indian Scripts are not just visually different from the Latin script but also distinctly different from each other. Each of them has their own distinct forms, features, traits and traditions. The workshop will include understanding the varied visual aspects of different scripts, points to consider while designing multi-script brand identities and approaches to multi-script type design.
