Title: Creating Isometric Typography Composition
Abstract: Considering the future design trends and industry requirements for user experience in Digital media to channelize the thinking process and transfer the visualization, the Isometric Typographic knowledge and skills are very essential. Isometric Typography is one kind of structure-based three-dimensional representation of Letter design by using the basic isometric grids. It is more like taking Typography into a bit Architectural or Product design context. Surely, the learner will have some ability to take it onto the next level of Graphic Design thinking.
Step 1: Understand the isometric grid and get accustomed to it.
Step 2: Explore with Linear letters Harmonize a family of Roman letters by controlling the proportions and sizes of strokes.
Step: Explore with composition playing with various letters to form a word.
Materials Required: Isometric Grid Paper, Pencil & Eraser, and a Laptop/Desktop/iPad.
Software: Preferable Adobe Illustrator.
Participants: Students from any discipline.
